1. The service
RedMars LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as REDMARS, provides the RedMars Portal and connected training applications. Use only accounts and features you are authorized to access. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access through the feedback page. Beta participation is also subject to the Beta Participation Agreement.
2. Responsible use and intellectual property
RedMars and its licensors own their software, content, scenarios, documentation, and branding. Access grants permission to use the service for its authorized purpose, not ownership. Do not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, bypass access controls, infringe others' rights, upload malicious material, or interfere with the service. Submit only content you have permission to provide. You retain ownership of your materials and grant the licenses described in the applicable participation or organization agreement.
3. Training limitations
Training content and simulations are for education and evaluation. They are not operational authority, medical advice, or proof of qualification. No certification, accreditation, professional licensing, employment, or external approval is guaranteed. Employers and operators remain responsible for their personnel, procedures, missions, and safety requirements.
4. Availability and accounts
Features, capacity, and pre-release data may change or be unavailable. We may suspend access to address misuse, security, or program capacity, and may discontinue the beta. Paid services, if offered, require separate disclosed pricing and terms. Applying for or using the beta creates no payment obligation or automatic paid subscription.
5. Legal terms and questions
Applicable beta warranties, liability limits, termination terms, and Florida governing law are set out in the Beta Participation Agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived. The Privacy Policy explains data handling.
