1. Who handles your information
RedMars LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as REDMARS, operates this Portal. This policy covers beta applications, account information, and Portal usage. Contact us through the feedback page with privacy questions or requests.
2. Information we collect
Applications include your first and last name, email, requested account type, organization or no-organization answer, referral or no-referral answer, reasons for applying, and expected contribution. We record your agreement versions, the accepted text, and acceptance timestamp. Accounts may also contain profile details, organization memberships, module entitlements, training progress, simulation results, performance evidence, feedback, and session/security records. We maintain administrative review and transactional email delivery records. Do not include sensitive personal information, third-party secrets, or unnecessary information about other people in free-text answers.
3. Why we use information
We use this information to review applications, select a range of participants within available capacity, provision approved accounts, operate training and assessment features, respond to feedback, investigate misuse, improve the service, and maintain agreement and security records. Application submission does not guarantee acceptance. Review decisions are made by RedMars administrators. Program messages are transactional and do not enroll you in unrelated marketing.
4. Service providers and organizations
Authorized RedMars administrators can review applications and group them by the organization you report. We use infrastructure, database, storage, and email providers to operate the service, including Resend for transactional email. These providers receive information needed to perform their functions. Once an organization membership is approved, authorized organization staff may access training records and evidence within their assigned permissions. Listing an organization in an application alone does not share your application with that organization or grant membership. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or security, or in a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell beta application information or use it for targeted advertising.
5. Cookies, analytics, and security
The Portal uses authentication/session cookies and security records to maintain account access. Basic product analytics help us understand feature use; application narratives are not sent as analytics events. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.
6. Retention and your choices
We keep applications while they are under consideration and retain account, review, agreement, and security records as reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on record type and purpose; backups may persist for a limited operational period after deletion. You may ask to withdraw an application, access or correct information, or delete information through the feedback page. We may verify your identity and retain records where required or justified by law. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Do not send passwords with a privacy request.
7. Adults-only beta and updates
This initial beta is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly accept children into this program. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information. Updated policies will carry a new date; material changes will be communicated as appropriate. You can save or print this policy for your records.
