This preview policy explains the basic information RedMars Portal may collect during beta access. It should be reviewed and replaced by counsel-approved language before full public or commercial launch.

Information collected

The preview may collect account details such as name, email, profile photo, profile bio, organization, module access status, waitlist submissions, feedback messages, and basic session records.

Email and feedback

Email list and feedback submissions are used to operate the preview, improve the Portal, and notify interested users when additional RedMars modules become available. They do not guarantee access, certification, licensing, or official credentialing.

Analytics

The Portal includes a lightweight analytics adapter for basic product events. Analytics are designed to avoid sensitive personal data and must not break rendering if disabled or unavailable.
